What We Do

Although most of our time is spent servicing/supporting./installing MS Networks, we can help with any of your PC requirements. We sell Servers, Work-stations, and Notebooks, to clients, who support their own Networks, some get us to help occaiosnally, some rely on us to provide all their Network Support. We sell Home Computers, School Computers, Notebooks, covering all the main brands.

Network Solutions

Our main focus is the support of MS Small Business Networks. All our technicians have experience and are encouraged to keep up to date with MS certification, on the latest products.

Most clients have monthly 'health-checks' carried out, to ensure that their Network is running smoothly, up to date, and back-up procedures working properley. Almost all our Server Sales are HP systems, and we have very few Hardware issues, and as an extra 'insurance', we always have 'back-up' spares in our office, in case required.

Business Support

MONTHLY HEALTH CHECKS

As mentioned above, most of our clients have us carry out 'Monthly Health Checks'. This is to ensure your Network is 'up-to-date', no imminent issues, successful back-ups being carried out. This incurs a 'minimal' monthly fee, We recommend all our Network clients do have these carried out, as they can prevent more serious issues.

ON-LINE BACK-UPS

We now have a 'fibre Broadband connection' , which enables us to back-up your Network nightly. Save the 'hassle' of ensuring your 'off-site' back-ups are happeing .,, we can do it for you. 

OUT OF TOWN BACK-UPS

Although we had no clients who 'lost' their systems as a result of the earthquakes , some of them realised that they could have. And wanted the 'insurance' of having their data 'somewhere else' .. 'just in case'. Well - we now can offer that service. We have installed a Server in Auckalnd , and transfer clients 'systems' , every night. We wouldnt have even dreamt of doing this prior to '0409' .. but if you want your data sent out on the 'Long White Cloud' .. we can do it.

'VOIP' PHONE SYSTEMS

We changed over to a VOIP system a couple of years ago , and saw our Phone Acount go from around $430 a mth , to $150 .. It ended up the Company that set us up , moved  to Aussie , so we bought the Company !!. Talk to us if you want to 'start saving' , its the future !!

Computer Sales/Repairs  

We build our own 'Kaiyo' work-stations' , started off selling 286's (before Windows was around !!)  For the last 10 years or so , our systems have been based on 'Intel' Motherboards and Processors. Very similar to most other systems (HP , Dell ,Lenovo etc). They are extremely reliable , and we are able to keep up with the latest changes to processors and chipsets.  These days Notebooks / Laptops are very popular , as they are now cheaper than a Desktop , and in most cases are ideal for Home use.

We also 'specialise' in CAD systems , which benefit from the 'latest' technlogy and 64bit systems , maybe using Solid State Hard Dirves , and specialised Graphics cards.
