As a 'Service Company' , we focus on providing that Service ,, We don't have a 'help desk' . or 'Sales-people' , or a 'Management Team' , or a Receptionist. We have six Technicians , and me. A lot of our clients deal 'direct' with their Technician , otherwise , call our Office , and we will ensure ,that any problems will be attended too .

Owner
Started Paragon after previous career as Analyst / Programmer, then IT Manager for a Nationwide Wholesale Company.
I'm the 'help-desk', receptionist, and Sales-person. I'm also a keen Cricket fan, a 'converted' Hockey Fan, and was around when the Canterbury Rams were the only 'team in town' .. I'm also proud that we have been associated with Harness Racing New Zealand for over 20 years, and have had shares in a few horses. Gave that up , and bought some shares in a Jet-pack !!

Owner
Riki is 'Technical Manager' , as well as having his own clients to support. After completing a Science Degree , he then decided to gain MS Network certifcation , during which time he did some work experience with us.Later during his OE he gained experience with VOIP systems , and has set-up our own system. He is a keen snow-boarder and skate-boarder , and has suffered broken arms and wrists doing both. Riki is busy setting up our own 'on-line' back-up systems , and our own 'Cloud/hosting' services.

SENIOR NETWORK TECHNICIAN
Stephen has been with the company since 2002. Broadly-experienced with a genuine hands-on approach, he can handle any size of server and network installation – from a 5-user Small Business Server to multi-server installations over VPNs covering the length of New Zealand and even 'across the ditch'.
In January 2011 Paragon Computers provided ICT services to the 2011 IPC Athletics World Championships based at QEII stadium; Stephen competently managed this large and prestigious 12-month project, receiving accolades for a job well-done from international affiliates such as ABC News, BBC Sport, Sky TV, Brazil Media, MSL (Spain) and Paralympic TV

GENERAL TECHNICIAN
Robin joined us initially doing his work-experience ,which was part of his MS Network Certification , and proving he had the skills to make a career in IT .
Robin is from Zimbabwe , is South African when they beat us at rugby , (not often) , but really a Kiwi .. He has developed good relationships with our clients , and as our youngest technician , has to get his own coffee .

NETWORK TECHNICIAN
Dan joined us in 2010 , having had previous experience managing an 'in-house' Network. Now , he's managing multiple Networks , and saving the planet travelling about via his Motorbike.
He's getting rave reviews , helping clients set-up systems that meet his own high standards. I think he's from Southland , and hope he's a fan of the 'Southland Stags' ..

Patrick joined us ... a while ago ... after a varied career .. he has .. a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Honorary Diploma in Classical Homoeopathy , but for some reason wanted to fix computers. So - now he's had a lot of practice , removing virus's , fixing Home Computers and Notebooks ,including recovering data , that we had thought unrecoverable. Just back from his 3rd trip to Samoa , if you'e ever out Wind-surfing , you'll probably see him speed past ... A very interesting person , he once lived in Persia !!
